Pre-launch · Reservations open
Your stand. Your brand. The destination stays under your control.
A countertop NFC and QR stand, designed with you around your logo, your colours and your wording. It points at our own tracking address, so you can change where it leads, to Google, Instagram, a menu or WhatsApp, remotely and without reprinting anything and without touching the stand.
- Designed to your brand, not a generic tag with a Google logo on it
- Destination changes remotely in seconds, across every stand at once
- Analytics per stand, per location, NFC and QR counted separately
- Israeli company, Hebrew first, warranty and replacement
Why there are no testimonials here
We are pre-launch and we do not have customers yet. That is why you will find no testimonials, no customer names, no logos and no numbers about results on this site. When we have real customers who agree to it, we will name them so you can check them.
How a tap and a scan work
Two ways to reach the same place, each measured separately. No app, and nothing for your customer to install.
Tap with a phone (NFC)
The customer holds their phone near the stand. The phone reads the tag and continues to our address. On most Android phones and on iPhone 7 and newer this works straight from the lock screen, with nothing to open first.
Scan the code (QR)
Anyone whose phone does not do NFC, or who simply prefers to scan, uses the printed code on the same stand. The camera app is enough.
The redirect through us
Both routes land on go.viserr.com, our redirect service. It records that the link was opened and sends the visitor to the current destination. That redirect is exactly what makes the destination changeable later, and what makes measurement possible at all.
Arrival at the destination
The customer arrives at your Google review page, your Instagram profile, your menu, or a WhatsApp chat. What happens there happens on their side, and we do not sit in the middle of it.
The tag is printed once. The destination is never locked.
This is the real gap between a VISERR stand and a cheap tag bought direct from overseas. That tag is written once, by hand, and the address is burned into it. Move premises, rebrand, or simply want to run Instagram for a month and the tag is a piece of plastic. Here, the printed address is permanent and the destination behind it is a setting.
The address on the stand stays permanent
go.viserr.com/s/ABC123 is what is printed and encoded into the tag. It never changes for the life of the stand.
The destination is a setting in your dashboard
Pick a destination, save, and it applies from the very next tap. For one stand, for a whole location, or for every stand you own at once.
Possible destinations
- Google reviews ● live now
- TripAdvisor
- Digital menu
- Your website
In this example the active destination is Google reviews. Switching it to Instagram is one setting change: no reprint, no new stands, nothing to collect from the tables.
Cheap imported tag
Cheap imported tag: the address is written by hand, once. Changing destination means a new tag, a new print run, and collecting every stand off the tables.
VISERR stand
VISERR stand: the address is fixed, the destination is a setting. Changing it takes seconds in the dashboard, from anywhere.
Designed to your brand, with you
This is not a generic tag with a Google logo sitting on the counter looking like everyone else's. We design the stand with you: your logo, your colours, your wording, in the language you choose. You approve it before anything is made.
Your logo and your colours
Send us a logo file and colour codes, or just a photo of your signage and we will work from that. The stand looks like part of the room, not like an advert for another company.
Wording you choose
"We would love a review", "Follow us", "Menu here", or anything else, in Hebrew, English, Arabic or Russian. Two languages on one stand works too.
We design, you decide
We come to you with a design proposal, not a form to fill in. After your changes, nothing goes to production without your written approval.
Consistent across locations
Several branches or several tables get the same design and the same finish, with a separate code per stand so each one can be measured on its own.
Four business styles, the same product
The businesses below are fictional, chosen only to show how far the stand changes with the brand. There is no real customer behind them.
Google reviews, without making it awkward
The most common reason a business wants a stand like this is Google reviews. We support that fully, and we do it the clean way.
- The stand goes straight to your business's Google review page, one step fewer than any alternative.
- A separate code per table or per branch, so you can see where the opens actually came from.
- You decide what the stand says. A human request works better than a marketing line.
- You can switch the destination away for a season and switch back to Google later, without changing a single stand.
No filtering by rating
Worth knowing what we do not do: we do not filter customers by rating. There is no in-between screen that sends happy people to Google and unhappy people to a private form. That practice breaches Google's policy, exposes a business to serious fines in other markets, and we are not building it. Everyone who taps reaches the same place.
One stand, several jobs
NFC and QR are two separate routes on the same stand, and each can point somewhere different. They are also measured separately.
Google reviews
Straight to your review page, no searching and no friction.
Digital menu
The current menu, with no reprint every time a price moves.
Opens a chat with a message ready, for bookings or orders.
Instagram or TikTok
Straight to the profile, with no handle to type and mistype.
TripAdvisor
Particularly relevant for restaurants, guesthouses and attractions with tourist traffic.
Your site or a landing page
A booking page, a form, a waiting list, or any other address of yours.
Real analytics, not a silent tag
A cheap hand-written tag reports nothing at all. You put it on the counter and you have no way of knowing whether anyone ever touched it. This is where the difference is largest.
Per stand
Every stand has its own code. You will see that the one by the entrance does three times the traffic of the one in the corner, and you can move it.
Per location
Compare branches on one screen instead of arguing from a feeling.
Per day
Opens by day and by hour, so you can see what a busy weekend looks like against a Tuesday.
NFC against QR, separately
Two routes, two lines. That is how you learn whether your customers tap at all, or only ever scan.
What we measure, and what we do not
We measure that the link was opened: an NFC tap or a QR scan that reached our redirect. We do not know, and we will not claim to know, whether anyone actually wrote a review, followed you, or completed anything at the destination. That happens on Google's or Instagram's side, beyond what a stand can measure. Anyone promising you per-tap review tracking is overstating what is possible.
The dashboard
This is what the owner sees: how many opens, from which stand, by which route. The screen is in development, and the numbers below are demo data we made up to show the layout.
Opens by day
Demo data: link opens over seven days, split NFC against QR.
| Day | NFC | QR | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sunday | 88 | 61 | 149 |
| Monday | 74 | 52 | 126 |
| Tuesday | 69 | 48 | 117 |
| Wednesday | 96 | 64 | 160 |
| Thursday | 131 | 90 | 221 |
| Friday | 158 | 112 | 270 |
| Saturday | 126 | 115 | 241 |
By business type
There is no single stand that suits everyone, and no single destination either. These are the directions we would suggest by business type.
Cafes and restaurants
Google reviews as the default destination, a digital menu on the same stand, and a separate stand per table so you can see where customers actually respond.
Salons and beauty studios
Instagram leads, because that is where the work shows. A stand at the chair and at the till, and a switch to Google in periods when rating matters more.
Clinics and practices
WhatsApp for appointments and Google reviews, in plain wording, with no aggressive marketing in a treatment space.
Shops and retail
A stand at the till with a destination that moves by season: a catalogue at holidays, reviews afterwards, Instagram for a new collection.
Hotels and guesthouses
TripAdvisor and Google for tourist traffic, plus a lobby stand with local information or a chat to reception.
Field service and trades
A stand in the van or in the bag, WhatsApp as the immediate destination, and a review request at the end of the job while the customer is happy.
How ordering and personalisation work
There is no shopping cart and no payment on this site. The process starts with a conversation, because personal design needs one.
Leave your details
The reservation form. Business name, a contact, the destination you want and roughly how many stands. Two minutes.
We come back to you
On WhatsApp or by email, whichever suits you. We work out what the business does, where the stand should lead, and what it should say.
Design proposal
We prepare a proposal using your logo and colours. You comment, we revise, and again, until it is right.
Quote and approval
A full price including VAT and delivery, in writing, before you pay anything. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
Production and delivery
The stands are made and sent to you. We are not committing to a date at this stage; the quote will carry one.
Connection and first destination
We link each stand to your account and set the first destination. From then on you change it yourself, whenever you like.
Pricing: indicative, before final confirmation
So you are not wasting your time, these are the ranges we are aiming at. They depend on material, finish, quantity and how involved the design is.
Indicative prices, not a binding offer
These prices are indicative and are not a binding offer. They may change before launch, and any final price will be given in writing in a personal quote after a conversation. No payment is taken on this site.

Questions that keep coming up
How is this different from an NFC tag that costs a few shekels?
Three things. First, that tag is written once, by hand, and the address is burned in. Move premises or want a different destination and the tag is dead, with nothing you can do about it. Here the destination is a setting that changes in seconds. Second, that tag reports nothing, so you have no way of knowing whether anyone ever touched it. Here you get numbers per stand. Third, that tag looks like a tag. We design the stand around your brand. If all you need is one tag pointing somewhere that will never change, a cheap tag is a reasonable choice and we will tell you so.
Do you know whether someone actually left a review?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. We measure that the link was opened: that a tap or a scan reached our redirect and was sent on. What happens after that happens on Google's site, outside what we can measure. There is no legitimate way to tie a specific review to a specific tap, and attempting it would mean correlating a named Google reviewer with device and timing data on our side, which we are not building. Later, if you connect your Google profile, we will be able to show your review count and rating as a separate figure, but it will never be presented as though a tap produced a review.
Do you hide negative reviews or filter out unhappy customers?
No. There is no in-between screen asking "how many stars?" and routing accordingly. Everyone who taps reaches the same destination. That practice breaches Google's policy, exposes a business to heavy fines in other markets, and frankly it is not right. We build one unconditional route.
What if the customer's phone has no NFC?
Then they scan the QR on the same stand and reach the same place. That is why every stand carries both routes rather than one. NFC works from the lock screen on iPhone 7 and newer and on most Android phones, but we do not assume it.
Can the destination be changed after the stands are printed?
Yes. That is the whole point. The address printed and encoded into the tag is permanent for the life of the stand, and the destination behind it is a setting in the dashboard. You can change one stand, a whole location, or every stand at once, and it applies from the next tap. There is no limit on how often.
Can NFC and QR point to different places on the same stand?
Yes. They are two separate routes. A restaurant can send the tap to the menu and the scan to the Google review page, and see each one separately in the reports.
What do you collect about the person who taps?
Very little, deliberately. We record that the link was opened: the time, which stand, which route (NFC or QR), the operating system at a coarse level, and the country. We do not store IP addresses, hashed IP addresses, cookies or device identifiers. We count link opens, not people. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
I am not giving anyone access to my Google profile. Does that block me?
No. The stand, the redirect and the analytics all work fully with no Google authorisation whatsoever. Connecting a Google profile is an entirely optional extra, and if you never do it you lose nothing from the product itself. That authorisation, when it is available, requires a broad management permission from Google, and we completely understand why business owners hesitate.
Is this an order? When does it arrive?
It is not an order. A reservation is a request to talk and to get a quote, with no payment and no commitment from you. We are also not promising a delivery date here, because we are pre-launch and we will not promise a date we have no basis for. A date will appear in your quote, once we know what you need.
Do you have customers? Can I see testimonials?
We do not have customers yet, so there are no testimonials on this site. We could have invented a few names and logos, as plenty of pre-launch sites do, and we chose not to. When we have real customers who are happy to be named, they will appear here and you will be able to check them.
What happens if a stand breaks or goes missing?
The Business tier includes one replacement stand per ten. Beyond that, replacement is at production cost. If a stand disappears, you can disable its code from the dashboard so the redirect stops working.
Is this site accessible?
We build to WCAG 2.1 level AA, which is above the floor set by the Israeli standard SI 5568 Part 1 at level AA. There is an accessibility statement with contact details for reporting a problem, and we commit to acting on reports quickly. If something did not work for you, tell us and it will be fixed.
Got a question? Talk to us
You do not need to fill in a form to ask a question. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, and we answer in Hebrew or English.
Want to reserve a place?
Leaving your details takes two minutes, costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We will come back with questions about the business and a design proposal.
This is a reservation, not an order. There is no payment at this stage, no commitment from you to buy, and we are not promising a delivery date. Once you send your details we will come back to you to talk about the design and give you a quote.
Instagram, TikTok and social
Reviews are not always the goal. Sometimes you want followers, or you want to push one campaign hard for a fortnight.
Followers from the room itself
The people sitting in your place are the best audience you will ever have for a follow. One tap from the table is far easier than searching for your name.
A campaign for a season
Run Instagram through the summer, then go back to Google in September. One destination change in the dashboard, every stand updated.
See which placement works
A separate code for the stand at the door and the stand at the counter shows which one actually drives traffic, rather than which one was convenient to put down.
One link, changing destination
Change handle or move platform and the stand does not become rubbish. Update the destination and carry on.
