Accessibility statement
Updated: 26 October 2026
Viser Reviews (VISERR) treats accessibility as a basic requirement rather than an extra. We invested in it from the start of the build, not as a polishing step at the end.
This statement is given under regulation 35E of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.
The accessibility level of this site
This site is built to WCAG 2.1 level AA. That level is higher than the floor required by the Israeli standard SI 5568 Part 1 (September 2023 edition) at level AA, so we aim at it rather than at the minimum.
The site was built with the intention of meeting the standard. An external accessibility audit by a certified examiner has not yet been carried out, and we are not displaying any such certificate. When an external audit is done, we will update this page.
Adjustments made
- Semantic structure: marked page landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer), exactly one h1 per page and a correct heading hierarchy.
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page, which becomes visible on keyboard focus.
- Full keyboard operation: every link, button, form field and FAQ disclosure can be operated without a mouse.
- A clear, visible focus indicator on every interactive element. The focus indicator is not removed anywhere.
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and at least 3:1 for user-interface borders. Contrast was measured for every text and background combination on the site, in dark mode as well.
- Form fields with associated labels, required fields marked, and error messages tied to their field via aria-describedby and announced to screen readers.
- Alternative text on every image and illustration. Anything that is not a photograph is explicitly marked as an illustration, in both languages.
- Full support for Hebrew and right-to-left reading, with correct lang and dir attributes on every page.
- Respect for the system reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion): no movement for anyone who asked not to have it.
- Support for text enlargement and for operating-system high-contrast modes. Text sizes are set in relative units, so browser zoom does not break the layout.
- Touch targets of at least 48 pixels on every control, for comfortable use on a phone.
- The site is built to work when displayed without styling, and on a slow connection on a mid-range phone.
Known limitations
We would rather write down what is not yet perfect than declare that everything is fine.
- The reservation form submits using JavaScript. In a browser with JavaScript disabled, submission will not work. In that case a message is shown with alternative ways to contact us, and a WhatsApp or email enquiry is treated just as seriously.
- Full testing across every screen reader and browser combination has not yet been done. If you hit a problem in a particular combination, tell us exactly which one, because it shortens the time to a fix.
- The site is still pre-launch and its content is being updated. We check accessibility on every change, but something may have slipped through.
Reporting an accessibility problem
If you have hit a page, a component or content that is not accessible, we want to know and we will fix it. No legal phrasing is needed. Two lines describing it is enough, and if you can, include the page address and the assistive technology you use.
- access@viserr.com. This address is for accessibility enquiries only, and it is read.
- Phone and WhatsApp
- Shown at the bottom of every page on this site.
- Response time
- We acknowledge an enquiry within 5 working days and commit to acting quickly, and in any case within the 60 days set by regulation 35A(d)(1). If a fix takes time, we will put an alternative adjustment in place meanwhile and keep you updated.
Accessibility coordinator
The duty to appoint an accessibility coordinator applies to a body employing 25 or more people. VISERR employs fewer than that, and so is not required to appoint one. Even so, accessibility enquiries are handled at the address above and are not left unanswered. If and when we cross that threshold, we will appoint a coordinator and publish the details here.
Accessibility of the physical stand
The product itself has an accessibility dimension and we treat it as one: every stand carries both NFC and QR, so someone who struggles to aim a camera can tap, and someone whose phone has no NFC can scan. We advise on type size, contrast and placement at an accessible height during the design stage, and we are happy to adapt wording and sizing for particular needs.
