Who we are

Viser Reviews (VISERR), a company being incorporated in Israel. The registration number and full address will be published here once registration completes, and will appear on every quote and invoice.

This site does not sell anything

There is no shopping cart, no way to pay and no card number collected. There is no order here and no contract.

Sending a reservation form is a request to talk to us and to receive a quote. It does not oblige us to supply, and it does not oblige you to buy.

Pricing

• Prices on this site are indicative only and are not a binding offer.
• The only binding price is the one that appears in a written personal quote.
• Prices on this site exclude VAT (18%) and delivery. Your quote will show the full price including VAT and delivery, before any payment.
• For businesses above the Israeli threshold, an invoice will be issued as required, including an allocation number where the law requires one.

Delivery

We do not commit to a delivery date on this site, and we will not promise a date with no basis for it. A timeline will be set in your quote, once we know what is needed.

Design approval

We design the stand with you and present a proposal for approval. Nothing goes to production without your approval in writing.

You confirm that you hold the rights in your logo and in any material you send us, and that passing it to us for manufacture does not infringe anyone else's rights. We will use that material only to manufacture your stands.

The digital service

• Every stand gets a unique code and a permanent redirect address on our domain.
• You set the destination and may change it at any time, with no limit.
• We measure link opens and present them in the dashboard.
• We do not measure, and do not claim to measure, whether a review was written or an action completed at the destination.
• The service is provided on reasonable effort. We do not guarantee perfect availability, and we do not guarantee any particular marketing outcome.

Prohibited use

We may disable the code of a stand pointed at a prohibited destination, and we will tell you when we do.

• Pointing a stand at an unlawful, misleading or abusive destination.
• Impersonating another business or using a logo that is not yours.
• Any use that breaches the policies of Google, Instagram or any other destination, including attempting to filter visitors by rating.
• Attempting to circumvent or overload the redirect service.

Warranty and replacement

Manufacturing defects: 12 months from delivery, replaced at no cost. The warranty does not cover breakage, liquid damage or wear from use.

The Business tier includes one replacement stand per ten. Beyond that, replacement is at production cost.

Cancellation and return terms will be set out in your quote before any payment. Because stands are made to order for you specifically, the rules applying to custom-made goods will apply, and they will be shown to you clearly in advance.

Intellectual property

Your logo and your brand remain yours. The software, the redirect service, the analytics and this website remain ours.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for lost revenue, goodwill or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the relevant order. Nothing in this clause limits any right that cannot be excluded under Israeli law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Israeli law applies. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
